Unternehmenspräsentation
Hellenic Olympic Properties S.A. is responsible for the management and further development of a portfolio of 22 properties around Athens and across Greece.
The company is committed to enhancing the legacy of Athens 2004 Olympic Games by promoting a diverse range of activities in the venues, supporting real estate development projects and stimulating growth in the local economy.
The company is achieving the redevelopment of its portfolio by attracting major foreign direct and domestic investment, having successfully conducted six international tenders for the long-term use of the venues and participating in Public Private Partnerships (PPPs).Part of the venues will host new, much needed public uses in sports, education and local administration.
The venues are multi-purpose facilities, which host cultural, sports and commercial activities, such as conferences, exhibitions, filming, musicals, theatrical plays and social events, thus helping to promote the country as an international centre for culture, arts and entertainment, but also into a major attraction for worldwide business and leisure tourism.
